Quick Run-Down

- Prices are listed in both GBP and USD. I am English and use GBP, USD is there for accessibilities sake, but I accept any currency.
- For multiple characters, multiply the normal price by how many characters there are.
- Payment is through PayPal invoices.
- Payment upfront unless discussed prior (payment plan, etc.).
- You must be 18+ to commission me, in compliance with PayPal terms.
- These are digital goods only, I do not currently do physical items.
- Rush fee is 50% of the original price.
- Completion times may vary depending on piece complexity. (4-5 months max.)
- Custom design fee is $20. (Such as working from irl pictures, etc.)

- A redraw of an album or single cover with your character(s).
- The price varies on how complex the cover is, if it's just a bust, includes a background, etc.
- Always full rendered/shaded
- I may decline your order if I think it would not work too well as a redraw (ask me! I am pretty open to most ideas.)

- A Halfbody (Thigh-up) of your character

- These are done as cleaned up sketches, but if you'd prefer linework that can be discussed! (My sketches are very refined and clean, there is no quality loss, just quicker for me to do/ends up being cheaper to make!)
- The more pieces of artwork you'd like on a reference, the higher the cost

General Terms
1. You must be 18+ to commission me.
2. I have the right to turn down a commission inquiry for any reason.
3. I do not provide hard deadlines, unless one is discussed beforehand.
4. Payment is expected in full before the commission is started, unless discussed.
5. For NSFW pieces you must contact me privately to see examples! I do not post my sexually explicit or suggestive art anywhere but on Toyhou.se.Process
1. To inquire about a commission you may send me a message on any of my social media, or through my email ([email protected]).
2. I do not work with descriptions unless it is a custom design commission. Though, I can work with photo references (will still include a lower design fee).
3. Once your commission has been accepted I will add you to my queue and invoice you via PayPal.
4. Prices are a general estimate, and can increase based on the characters or concepts complexity.
5. Changes can be made at any point pre-lineart, after that point I will only make changes to the flat colour.
6. You will be emailed the high-res .png file upon completion. It is your responsibility to make sure you don't lose the file as I may clear out my iPad of old work at any given moment.Payments & Refunds
1. I do not offer refunds on the clients behalf after I have begun work on the commission.
2. Payment plans can be discussed for orders over £76/$100, but no longer than a month.

Design Terms
1. You may add your own rules to my designs, within reason (ex. locked trades are acceptable)
2. Do not buy my designs with the prospect of reselling for a higher price than they're worth if there is no added artwork.
3. Giving my designs to people on my blacklist is prohibited.
4. "Offspring" designs may be made for OC stories, but don't create these with the intention of selling.
5. While owning one of my designs you are free to make changes to them, but I still must be credited as their original designer.
6. All designs made by me must be kept on Toyhou.se. If you come into acquisition of one and do not own an account, let me know, I can provide a code.
